Some medications can alter the rate that alcohol is eliminated by the liver and others can affect the passage of alcohol through the body so altering general alcohol physiology and directly affecting Alcohol BAC Calculations.  Others such as GERD or Acid Reflux could potentially elevate an individual's breath alcohol level.  If you or your client believes that his/her medical condition may have affected their alcohol level at the time of their test we can either carry out a literature study or a practical experiment using our fully calibrated Evidential Breath Testing Instruments to uncover the actual effects.
